A Journey Back Home

Today, I have sent an email of Cancellation of my job offer on the new company. NSP managers, and the japs had requested me to stay in NSP at least until FEB 2008. I understood what they meant. There was, seems like, an agreement or sort of an assurance from NSP to NCOS that I would stay in the project enough for the new intakes to be independent on their own to handle the project. I have decided not to leave NSP with backpains and headaches. I want a graceful exit. After all, NSP helped me in many factors. whew. What a brain-fucking week. Series of meetings, from both sides were done, the new company and NSP. I had to inform formally and convincingly the reason for my cancellation with the new company, then come up with an agreement with NSP to pay for any damage fees that may come up with the cancellation of the new company's contract. With all the ups and downs of the past two weeks, it was finally a journey back home, after all.
