One week after the meeting with the managers, I did not hear anything from them so I decided to get ready for the processing of my papers, requirements, and stuff for the next company. I assume that everything would be OK. I also assume that they had informed the higher managers or the japs also. In fact, I would not assume because it is part of their job to inform these things to them. If it isn't then I would not gave a damn time to inform them of my plan but instead inform the japs right away.
Am I right with the ASSumptions? I dunno, who cares, even the CareBears don't care. :D

First step of a long Journey
Today, I have requested Rachel and Jay, my managers, for a meeting if they have time to spare.
The meeting would be all about my plan to leave NSP. I have informed them that it has a bigger chance for me to decide to really leave the company. I would like to give them time to do some plans, alternatives, or anything if in case I would decide to leave. After all it is still a plan, I am still contemplating on the other company's offer. The project members right now are all new intakes so I think it would be important for them to look for a senior engineer as my replacement for the group. The first step of a long journey.

Beginning of a New Life, A New Chapter
Aug 1, 2007. Wednesday.
The last day of my Japan life, the last page of a chapter that I wish to forget right away but still hoping to remember it easily if I wish to.
It was as if everything happened just yesterday; the arrival on NishiMachi House, the transfer to ShinKawasaki apartment, the Mahjong Escapades, the Nihonggo Classes, Friends, ahh, they are all part of my Tokyo memories.
But this is all I wanted to do, to go home, to live my life, a real life, not a life where money is the reason for living. Anyway, bye bye Leo Palace 21, Room 113.
Let me take a piture of you for the last time ...
